Autumnal Paper Folding workshop
Couldn't load pickup availability
Join us this autumn and learn how to make a collection of seasonal folded hanging decorations.
In this workshop you will learn some basic paper folding techniques and be guided through the process of making four unique hanging pieces of different designs.
By the end of the class, you will be equipped to make many more pieces as well as have the skills and confidence to experiment and develop your own designs.
A range of high-quality pre-cut coloured paper will be provided as well as all the tools and materials you will need.
No experience necessary but this class is especially suitable for anyone who has already attended Kate’s previous class ‘Folding for Contemporary Design’ or has a little bit of experience of working with paper or 3D forms.
Kate Colin is a paper folding artist and designer based in Glasgow who creates bold and sculptural lighting and homewares. Inspired by origami and geometric form, her range of handcrafted folded products emphasise the interplay between light and shade
