DELIVERY  

Orders are sent out via Royal Mail second class untracked at a flat rate of £4 per order. UK delivery only.

Deliveries are sent out twice a week, therefore orders should be delivered within 7 days of placement.

RETURNS 

Sometimes it doesn’t work out as planned!

We have a 7-day returns window which begins when the order has been delivered to you.

Please note sale items and earrings are not returnable.

If you wish to return your items, please first get in contact with us, then once confirmed - ship back to;

Refunds will only be issued in relation to products sold, not on postage to customer. Postage for any returned items must also be paid for by the customer.
